Drowning Prevention
Florida Foundation
Our Foundation provides services across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County to families with low income and special needs, providing world-class swimming lessons and aquatic therapy, while teaching in a safe, comfortable, and family environment.

We provide valuable tips for the safety of each family regarding drowning prevention and therapy. Our teaching curriculum results in students who learn and adapt quickly, and you, as a parent or guardian, can observe their development during the course.

As a foundation we provide, clothing, food, and gifts for needy kids during the holiday season. We also provide free swimming lessons, swimsuit, goggles, caps, flippers, floats, alarm for doors and fences, etc., the rest of the year. Most children come from low-income families or are orphans that live at local foster homes.

Drowning Prevention Florida was recently at Tropical Miami CIVITAN Nada Mejor, successfully raising funds to help out these children. We have embarked on a city-wide campaign to raise enough funds to help hundreds of students.

We would be delighted if you can help our organization achieve its goals. Anything counts. We accept volunteering swimming lessons, aquatic therapy sessions, gift card/bags, clothes, toys, swimsuit, goggles, caps, flippers, floats, any therapy supplies, and alarm for doors and fences for the pools or providing monetary donations or gift cards for these products.

Participate as a volunteer, become an active member, receive many benefits, and make donations in collaboration with the special children to continue this beautiful project.
